The first game in the Stoops era where we out-schemed the other team?
Hats off to the coaching staff for not only having an effective game-plan, but getting the players to execute it.

I was wishing (wondering) why we weren't blitzing Stanzi more throughout the game. Iowa simply couldn't run against us. They abandoned the running game because of our D and because of the score. I wish we would've put more pressure on Stanzi throughout. He floated a lot of ugly passes. I counted three drops by our secondary.

Definitely not the first. See, e.g., our games against USC the past two years.
But your premise is correct. Ferentz is the most overrated coach in football not named Tedford.

Don't get me wrong, I know the coaches have done a good job in certain games of scheming against an opponent's strengths, but I can't remember a game where the Arizona coaching staff not only was able to neutralize what the opponent does traditionally, but also was able to make the right adjustments at the right time to counter what was working for them and not working for us.
I'm really thinking mainly about the blitz scheme on the last few Iowa possessions and how we seemed to know what they were doing even before they did.
