No thread on this one yet so I thought I start one up at half of the game.
28-0 Cal at the half.
I've only tuned in for the last four minutes of the 2nd quarter, so if someone who's been watching could give a recap that'd be appreciated.

The real problem is UCLA gave them a really short field and went down early. Tough when the Bruins have to catcch up.

Yeah looking through the drive chart I see that early short drive for a TD for Cal.
Also from the drive charts and the halftime stats, UCLA's offense is, I guess one could say, not doing well. 58 yards total offense at the half from six possessions. Yikes.

Have a feeling we might look back on the Cal "escape" more favorably by the end of the season.

I already do.
Cal is not the cupcake people make them out to be.

And UCLA is worse than some thought after the Texas thrashing.
