Moises Duran hit a game-winning home run in the bottom of the 11th as the Wildcats beat UC Riverside 6-5.
Shortstop Jason Donald had 3 hits and 2 rbi's and John Hardy and Duran collected 2 hits apiece.
Starter Koley Kolberg pitched 6 strong innings, giving up one earned run and striking out 7. Mark Melancon got the win, pitching 2.2 scoreless innings while striking out 4.
Great start to the season and hopefully the pitching continues to impress.
