I have some pictures and one video up. I have 6 videos, but they are all rather large, so I put the best one up. I will probably upload one of the Ealy videos right now too though.

Some of my favorite pics:

018 (http://www.daht.com/images/_temp/spring/018.jpg) Who is the little guy behind Giant Phillips?
002 (http://www.daht.com/images/_temp/spring/002.jpg) The guys...
025 (http://www.daht.com/images/_temp/spring/025.jpg) Costa has some kind of allergic reaction to something on his biceps. They're bloody huge!

VERY good stuff, DAHT. I love them. Nice camera, too. Very clear. My brother, Tyler, is in No. 012 interviewing Lamon Means.

My only notes worth mentioning from practice today are:

1. Costa will not be at QB this year IMHO. Partly due to Heavner being so great, and Ohara still looking somewhat ok. But also partly due to Kovalcheck looking really promising as well. I suppose the biggest thing though was, Mike Canales (the OC coach and QB coach) was making jokes about Costas throwing. One drill where you have to throw balls into a net with three pockets as targets in them, Costa had trouble even hitting the net. And this was from 30 feet away at most. Wouldn't have been as bad if he got close, but at one point, Mike warned Ohara to watch out, cause he was standing a good 5-6 feet from the net and might get hit.

2. Guys are having a blast out there (with the exception of #89). When guys made a good play, big hit, smart move, etc... Players and coaches were hooting and hollaring and clapping. It wasnt just the fans that were cheering!

3. Guys are not "going through the motions". I can only compare this spring practice with the ones I attended last fall as I didnt go to last springs practices. BUT what I did notice, is players were giving that extra effort that I only saw from a few players last year. If a ball was over thrown, they didnt throw their hands down and complain, or shrug it off. They really went after every ball, with a lot of effort. If a coach "suggested" that a player was doing something wrong, that player (for the most part) did not appear to ignore the coach and just get walk back in line. They would now talk with the coach and get right back in there to do it better.

4. The staff was very friendly with the fans. Mike Canales in fact walked around to the taped in area and introduced himself to the fans that stuck around after practice was officially over. NOTE: He has a manly handshake in case you're wondering.

I love Stoops' quote on the back of his shirt...

"HARD WORK BEATS TALENT WHEN TALENT DOESN'T WORK HARD."

Great Pics!

I am more interested in the brunette with the microphone!

Great images too, what kind of camera you using Daht? Only request I have is to have the images as thumbnails, so I don't have to download each one.

And is rcf.jpg GoAZCats own RCF?

it's a tongue-in-cheek reference to RCF's proclivity for Republican boosterism.

Great images too, what kind of camera you using Daht? Only request I have is to have the images as thumbnails, so I don't have to download each one. Thanks. The camera is a Nikon Coolpix 3100. Its not much, but I like taking pics. I brought my tripod with me, but wasnt sure if I should bring it with (then I see all the "big boys" with their SLR cameras and Tripods, etc... heh). I would have loved to not be pinned behind that taped off area. Kinda made it hard to get all the pics I wanted to.

As far as thumbnails go, as soon as I get my website ready and uploaded, I will have thumbnails of most any pics on there. But to save time I just uploaded the reduced image sizes (as each picture is roughly 1mb large, and 2048x1536 pixels large). Hopefully my site will be ready and upload in 3-4 days. it's a tongue-in-cheek reference to RCF's proclivity for Republican boosterism. Hehe yeah thats just a bummer sticker I saw on the way back to the car. Couldn't resist snapping a picture for RCF :) . I just found it funny that its not promoting anyone... rather just a message against one person. ahhh kids :p
