Did you notice right when we won..he ran on the field and told everyone to settle down, basically saying that we haven't done $hit.

No way we lose to Seton Hall if Andy Lopez was the basketball coach.

No freaking way.

There's a clause in his contract that says he can't go to another Pac-10 school.

I was about to post that about Andy's contract. Besides, why would he want to go to UCLA and take a pay cut (he would have to as UCLA notoriously underpays its coaches)?

You can always break a contract if someone (UCLA most likely) is willing to pay the damages. In a case like this I would assume there are liquidated damage (a "buyout") becuse it would be almost impossible for Arizona to prove any specific damages from losing a coach. Courts are also loath to issue negative injunctions because of the free-market ethos that one should be able to sell their labor to anyone they want to if they're willing to pay off their original employer (the infamous "efficient breach").

market rates for quality coaches, then why would they be willing to pay for a buyout?
