I'm a friendly rival here. Just looking for some thoughts about the upcoming game Friday night. I'm not looking to stir anything up. I watched 2 of your games against Long Beach, and thought you're team showed great heart, and a great effort. It looks like our two teams matchup pretty well. No real superstars on our Bulldogs, just good pitching, good defense, and timely hitting. Congratulations on getting to Omaha, and I'll come back and discuss no matter who wins on Friday. Good luck!!

or his hotdawg? Whoever . . . thanks.:p

I think there are maybe 4 people on this board who know more about our team than you do. It'll be fun to see what happens. It does seem clear at this point that you can throw out the regular season record for the 'Cats. Much like our 97 NC basketball team, they seem to be consistently making the clutch plays--something that can't be measured . . . only admired.

Good luck on Friday, but give us a break already . . . I've seen you guys are rated #1 by some prognosticators for Football next season. Be content with that and let us have a little fun for now.;)

The UGA baseball bandwagon has gotten very full all of a sudden also. I hope those football prognosticators are right, we still have some questions, and a very tough schedule next year.

The Cats were once a very good and proud baseball team, but the last 18 years have been very frustrating. Over all those dismal years the fan base had dissapeared. I'm one of those jumping back on the bandwagon again. Now if they would just get rid of those damn metal bats and that horrible ping sound, I'd be willing to sit through the bad years too.
