Can I delete this thread?

Well, I can't delete it. It only allows me to edit it. The delete field is just missing. Could it be something having to do with being a mod? That doesn't seem right, but I think that might be why RubenD and I are having a problem.

Actually scratch that theory. Rube isn't a mod so far as I can tell, just a "Supporting Member". So what is the deal with not being able to delete this post?

This sounds awfully familiar, didn't this happen when GoAZCats first when live with the new version of the bbs? Something about mods and other special members not having the same abilities as other posters.

I'm not sure why members can't fully delete their own posts, but we can come along and take care of them for you. I actually don't even know if moderators can even do that, but I know Admin can.

I'm not sure what you meant by 'special members', Merkin, but Mods and Admin do have other abilities, of course.

If I delete a thread/post it wont delete completely unless I go back into it and "manage" it then I have to choose the option to make it non viewable. So basically I have to delete it twice.
