I have not watched any NJ games so any Nets fans please respond....
Is RJ the primary ballhandler right now? How is he racking up so many turnovers?

From everything I've seen and heard, RJ is trying to do way too much for a seriously undermanned team. A lot of his turnovers have come from him pushing the ball into traffic, getting called for charges, and things of that nature. He isn't the primary ball-handler, but he is responsible for most of the offense. His numbers overall, outside of the turnovers, are pretty good. The Nets on the other hand, are really bad . . .

What Chicat said...
While he's not the primary ball-handler, he is the playmaker. This is pretty much a new concept for Jefferson, thus the turnovers. Being the playmaker and creating for yourself and your team is hard one-on-one, let alone with a zone defense and double teams trying to stop you which is what Jefferson is facing with the little help he has on Jersey.
He's trying to force things too much, but he really has too if he wants his team to win. They are pretty bad
