Phoenix fumbles and bumbles it's way to a 95-84 win...

They played decent defense, but didn't even seem to try on the boards (47-22 total, 22-7 offensive...)

I know New Orleans is a big team with Magloire and Brown, but giving up 22 rebounds is inexcusable.

Amare went off for 38 points and 3 blocks, but with Magloire boxing him out, only managed 5 rebounds...shameful. Nash had 16 points and 12 assists.

a win is a win.

considering they gave up 22 offensive boards, they otherwise played amazing d to only give up 84 points.

They played great on offense, shooting over 54% from the field and 45% from range...They defected passes and forced turnovers. They blocked shots and the like...but they literally looked dead on their feet.

They had 33 rebounds total, while giving up 22 offensive boards...They just didn't play with any energy at all. They were content to just outscore them and that's not going to get it done.

On the bright side. D'Antoni pulled Q in favor of Hunter early on and the Suns played great with a conventional lineup (Nash, JJ, Marion, Amare and Hunter)...Hunter didn't get many stats, but altered at least 6 shots while blocking one.
