These are two of the great stories thus far in the League this year.
I'm pulling for Hill as he's the only Dukie that I've ever been able to stomach.
Amare is just unbelievable...I'd like to see his rebounds go up, bu that will come in time.
In other news...
ESPN's updated ranking have come out...

The biggest shame of the NBA right now is that nobody even seems to care what is going on on the court right now. The Shaq-Kobe Drama, The Rape Trial, Punk Thug Players, LeBron's Shoe Contract, Jason Kidd Screaming For A Trade, Mark Cuban's Reality Show, The Maloof's Casino and The Palace Fight are far more interesting to the average sports fan than the games are right now.
Simply put JMark, and I know that you're a huge fan- The Average fan hates the players. The players hate the fans. Many diehard fans have been priced out of the arenas in favor of corporations, celebrites and other gbig money people in order to offset the enormous player salaries. The league breeds a bad product by drafting and paying kids who are not ready. The coaches have zero authority and zero control over the players. And the entire thing is in shambles and headed even further downhill quickly.
Stern had better do something quickly, or the NBA will fade into NHL type obscurity. And this is coming from a guy whose watched a ton of NBA basketball and was a season ticket holder (Lakers) for many years.
Bearing Down on The Association Out of Control
PS If there is a work stoppage after this season, it could be the death-nail for the league. The owners and union should tread very carefully before deciding to have another labor war.

JMark I know how you feel. Used to be a Laker fan till they flamed out last year with all the off the court happenings. Kobe's a weird kid.. great skills but he'll never be MJ. Now NBA better take a closer look at what happened with Artest brawl. This thing has got huge downside to it imo. Fans very po'd... you loose them, then those spoiled millionaires can kiss their lottery careers goodbye. Might be a good thing for college hoops though as more may stay longer.. ha...
