Lebron droped a career high 43 on the Pistons last night. Think it had anything to do witht he fact that Larry Brown benched him this summer? Me niether.

I think it had more to do with Ben Wallace not being there in the lane to knock the crap out of him and his attempts...half of his field goals came on easy lay-ups or dunks with little defensive resistants.

JMarkJohns, you're probably right. I just think James had some extra motivation to stick it to LB after he stiffed him this summer(against my pleas for him to play PG over Marbury. Larry sure doesn't like rookies.)

I don't doubt Brown had something to do with it...I think Larry is a great coach, but I agree that his rotations were questionable at best.

I don't, however, think that the team, as poorly constructed as it was, would have won the Gold. But I would have liked to see more of Wade, James, Marion, Boozer and Stoudemire, given eaches great start to the season...Brown certainly has some 'splaining to do in these reguards...
