YEAH BatCats! I can't wait for us to get back to Omaha this season - the team is going to be great :)

Feb 4th is the day of the opening pitch!

If we are to make it back to Omaha, Coach Lopez will be the one to do it. His recruiting and his coaching skills will get us there...I hope ;)

I hope that when TEXAS comes into Town, we can get a good crowd there to back the BATCATS!!!!.

When Texas does come into town, we are going to have a big meet the team event before the game, sponsored by the alumni assocaition in conjunction with athtletics.

I am in charge of the event - i will post more when i know more details!

Hitting should be no problem with this team, it's the pitching that will determine how far this team can go. I thought Veal could make an impact but he transferred to Pima. It will be interesting to see who will be the #3 starter. I hope Rierson can come back and contribute this year.

Reirson is scheduled to come back in Early Jan. I think our pitching will be fine. I know that the starters are working hard on getting thier arms back to tip top shape!

Texas, CSUF, ASU, Mississippi St, Washngton, Stanford; WOW we have a tough schedule this year. Should be an exciting season.
