For some reason I just cant make myself care about this Superbowl. Usually I can at least find some motivating factor for watching the game. Usually its either:

1) I really like one of the teams (I dont)
2) I really dislike one of the teams (I dont)
3) I really look forward to the Superbowl drinking (I have a newborn)

Anyone else just not care about this years Superbowl? I saw a commercial yesterday for a Charmed marathon on some station opposite the Superbowl and I thought "thats not such a bad idea." I hate Charmed.

I don't really care about the Bowl either, but simply love sports, so am excited because it's such...

I think the matchup is going to be great and while I pick the Pats 24-16, I think for most of the game, the teams will be even.

Patriots score TD, 7-0
Eagles score TD, 7-7
Patriots score FG, 10-7
Eagles score FG, 10-10
Halftime
Eagles score FG, 10-13
Patriots score FG, 17-13
Eagles score FG, 17-16
Patriots score TD, 24-16

What's newborns have to do with drinking? You're not nursing him are ya?;) I drink because of my kids.

I also have no interest in the SB. FB season ended for me when USC smoked the Okies.

The only good thing about the superbowl that I can see, is how they include sign language as part of the show. Although they should have used a better Deaf school...they used Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, should have went with California School for the Deaf at Riverside or Model Secondary School for the Deaf...

But alas, the game was in Jacksonville...still good to get some recognition..now how many of you actually saw it?

Yikes...I don't think I could ever care so little about the Super Bowl to skip it and watch dreck like "Charmed" instead.

But my dad wants to watch it, so I'll play along and gorge myself in the meanwhile...will enjoy the commercials.

Who's watching the "Puppy Bowl" instead? Bison?;) What is up with THAT show?

I'm not sure this halftime show could be more boring...

Let's get back to the commercials.

I actually think the pre-game show is more fascinating than the actual game, my gosh, talk about blowing your wad early....

This game is living up to a typical man's hype...

All talk, then when it's time to perform, just come up a bit short.

The "Puppy Bowl" started on Animal Planet at 3 p.m. "Puppy-puppy-puppy-THERE! What's it say about PUPPIES? I CAAAAN'T REEEEEEAD!" (Beggin' Strips commercial)

It's just a bunch of puppies running around a mini-football field. Doesn't seem to be any point to it. Weird.

The Puppy Bowl is the weirdest show ever. Period. It's just a bunch of puppies sitting on a mini football field. No commentary. Some background music. Thats all. Its really strange.

Let's get back to the commercials.

I dunno, maybe because I grew up with the Beatles and Wings, I thought Sir Paul rocked pretty good for a 60 YO man.

Much better than N'Sync or Up With People.

Note the UA connection during the first SuperBowl.

Shocker and Awe

Anyone catch the shocker in the pregame salute to the soldiers?
