Schumacher is out due to a collision with Nick Heidfeld (and I only feel sorry for one of them), but he was never in contention anyway.
Both cars ploughed into the gravel trap, and while Heidfeld walked away from the incident, Schumacher was pushed back onto the track only to retire one lap later.
Alonso also had a brilliant race, narrowly missing out on second place after.
My favourite Kimi Raikkonen was eighth, starting from the pitlane after being pushed off the grid during an aborted first start to the race.

I actually watched the race while your pretty head was fast asleep on your pillow!

Schumacher had moved up through the field and was eyeing points before he crashed. Pretty impressive coming from a last place start.

Barrichello's position says all you need to know about how this season will unfold. Ferrari will get it sorted out and dominate again.

I'm a Ferrari guy, but I recognize their dominance is bad for the sport.


I like Jacques Villeneuve, but he always has a shiity car to drive.
