My dad is a Bear fan.
Lucky for me its not an inherited condition.

Chicago Bar on speedway.
Old Chicago on campell.

I'm sure there are other Bear bars.

Those are the ones I know of though Old Chicago is good to watch any football game. I know that Bronco fans go to Arizona Ale House but thats irrelevant..

There are a few of us Bears Fans that go to Maloneys to watch da Bears. I used to go every week but since the birth of the little one, I fear my bar days are becoming fewer and further apart!

I've heard that Putney's is decent, and they feature all the NFC North teams.

Putneys is a Redskin place for sure.
So the Bear game will be featured.

Rusty the owner is a big Redskin fan.

You should definately go to Lukes and grab a Chicago dog before the game, but you don't want to watch the game there.

Yeah after getting your chow I would recommend spending as little time there as possible.

GO PACKERS! BEARS SUCK.

All chicago area teams suck. Cubs suck. Blackhawks suck. White Sox suck (they won't win it all). Bulls suck. Bears suck.

Amen. I f***ing hate Favre. Chicago sports teams are on the rise. White Sox having a hell of a year, Bulls made the playoffs last year, Cub- i hate to say it- have the potential if everyone stays healthy to be good. I hate Wisconsin. Cows everywhere but you can't even eat them they're for milk only!

The mention of bringing one's own food into a sports bar or similar joint to watch a Bears game brings back fond memories of Los Angeles.

I knew a few bar owners that grew to "hate" Bear fans, and eventually stopped promoting their establishments as "Bear Friendly."

On game days, Bear fans would roll into the places, complete with their own 'dogs, burgers, sandwiches, etc. Also common were large drink containers filled with their favorite beverages. In essense, they spent nearly nothing during a game, except for a few cheap drafts of "Old Style" or similar "beer" and plenty of gas and hot air.

Not a Bears Fan Dave

Edit: Sorry. That was off topic......

A little aside, how can Old Chicago call themselves a Chicago restaurant if they dont have chicago hotdogs or italian beef?
