Choose 1 from the first set (format) and 1 from the second set (roster options). 13/18 votes for the options will be required, since this is how the champion will be determined.
Explanations
Formats:
Current: 16 teams, First Round on Conference Finals Week, Quarters on First Weekend of NCAA Tournament, Semis on Second Weekend, Finals on Third Weekend
None: Extend regular season one more week, best record wins league
4 Team Playoff: Three Division Winners plus one at large, eliminate last two weeks of non-conference play and hold playoffs over current week 16 and conference finals week
8 Team Playoff: Same as above, eliminating an additional week of non-conference matchups for quarterfinal round and five at large bids (old week 15)
8 Team Playoff/Tournament: Playoffs take place over three tournament weekends
Roster options
Freeze: Rosters locked during league playoffs
Limited additions: A set number of adds, no deadline for making additions (allows teams eliminated from playoffs to be stolen from)
Unlimited additions: Same as above, without cap on adding players
Unlimited additions and players: Same as unlimited additions, but can take players from other two divisions for playoffs
Free for all: All players not on live rosters eligible to be picked (including players from teams not in the 15 conferences)
