Yikes! This is like watching those "Tough Man" competitions (as opposed to the "Sweet Science" of boxing). It's entertaining because they are both swinging haymakers . . . but let's just say the form is less than "sweet." :cool:

This is a championship rematch in much the same way that Texas Western - Kentucky would be if they played today.

Heels are a tough scrappy team. Gotta respect their effort tonight as they almost pulled it out. They're better than I thought, gotta admit.

Bruce Weber going to the only game plan he knows - jacking up threes. God Weber sucks.

If Noel can limit his stupid fouls, the Heels will be okay - they fell apart without him and at this point it's clear the freshmen need his presence. I wasn't terribly impressed by their ball handling, either.

Illinois is no good.

How many times do I have to agree with people around here? Illinois is not good this year. 2 seniors and a load of underclassmen, does not a good team make. We'll be average...and average with this squad is ok. We're finally getting decent recruits off of last years run and we'll be just fine in the future.

I don't suffer delusions of final four appearances every year.

I thought NC looked good at times from what everybody has been writing about how bad they were going to be this year. They are going to win a lot of games this year, might even beat duke at home.

The only good looking thing I saw in that arena was Tyler Hansbrough's mom. :)
