My first time to see WTF happened to 'Furd.
Hopefully they can put it together to give the PAC a 4th team to go to the Dance.

They look pretty good so far. Some great athletes on Va Tech--should mean the Furd will give them fits if our history is any indicator.

He's playing a few minutes per game. I saw him in there a bit ago.

Law has shown flashes, had a solid game against Cal Poly I believe it was. Has good range on his jumper, however he looks lost in the offense sometimes and needs to be stronger with the ball.
Stanford is finally playing some good fundamental basketball today. VT has some great athletes, and for some reason Stanford just eats those teams up. It's the methodical teams full of slow white guys who can bomb from 3 that gives us problems.

I watched this game and came away less than impressed with Stanford. Grunfeld is a shell of his former self pre-injury. Hernandez is still the same solid point guard and Haryazs is a nice post man, but other than that Stanford has nothing. In fact, the rest of the Stanford team (Washington, Morris, Finger, Prowitt, Hill, Johnson and Hass) would not even come close to seeing the floor at any other Pac Ten school, except ASU.
This all being said, I believe the Cardinal will struggle to get to the NIT this year. To me that is unacceptable considering that Stanford does start All Pac Ten caliber seniors and that Trent Johnson inherited a very good team from Mike Montgomery In addition, unless the Lopez twins can also play either guard position, the future is awfully cloudy on The Farm. What will Stanford do for backcourt and wing play after this season? Yikes!
