If that were to happen than Dexter Hazelton is full of **** with all the things he has said over the last week. The only thing PSU has going for it is proximity and supposedly the dad feels that Joe Pa if he is still alive will take care of Vidal if he doesn't make it in football, and that Vidal can get immediate playing time.( This is not true in the slightest though.)
