The code might be too much of a pain to write or import, but is there any way to set the website up so that, when people you have on ignore are quoted in someone else's post, the quoted part can show up as blank or as "you have this person on ignore" as well? The part I'm looking to not see is in bold in the example below.
A whole bunch of passive aggressive stuff that doesn't make much sense and that doesn't belong on this board
Thanks in advance either way!

I used adblock to get rind of some people stupid ass giant images, especially during football season.

oops I was thinking sigs, not quotes. I'll leave it as it's good advice anyway.
I guess until they do it, one could write a greasemonkey script that looks for "Originally Posted by" followed by people on your ignore, and then sets the div visibility to hidden, or removes it from the page tree.
I think you can make greasemonkey do that always on goazcats.com sites automaticallly.
I've wanted that too, I'll see if I can't hack something out next time I find myself with time and inkling

Gee, Marcus, I have NO idea who you'd care that much about to make sure they were COMPLETELY ignored.
I wonder, who could have said that, hmmmmm....:wink2:

Yep, thats easy enough. Just select the following the button to ensure you never see their posts again. Trust me, it works like a charm.

When I come back I'll still be able to see them, so I don't think that'll help me.

"Is there any way to make myself more willfully ignorant than I already am?":lol2:
Is it really that hard to just scroll past someones post you dont want to read?

Adblock is cool, but it is redundant over kill for this purpose.
In the User Control Panel, Edit Options, there are radio buttons to turn off other people's signatures and avatars.
