Noticed this on ESPN's website. Is this a typo, or is Easley really only making $7,000 this year?

Easley was actually making around a $6 million a year. Detroit signed him to a huge contract a few years ago, and Lou Pineilla tried to take a gamble on him this season before he was cut two days ago. Many people think he was the most over-paid player of all time (the Jon Koncak of baseball). I got suckered into drafting him on my Fantasy Baseball team, his final stats for me : 107 AB, 1 HR, 7 RBI, .186 BA. Probably the worst player in all of baseball.

I'm not sure if Easley is the worst player in baseball: I heard that Greg Vaughn just got called up by the Rockies...
