So, haven't seen a UA game in 5 years and now ESPN decides to show this one (internationally)??? Ouch.....Seems we are really outmanned but am hoping for a decent showing from our Cats.

By the way, it's Monday morning here and I'm skipping work to see this! Come on Cats.....do me proud.

Thanks Merkin. I am always checking this board but don't post much. Anyways, with all my family ties to KU (Dad met Mom there).....I hope I add the good luck factor and we win this game!!

Will ask my Thai Babes to cheer for us too ;-).

Dude! Great pickup.

ESPN didn't show it in Australia, but I did find it on FreeTube, so I got to see the second half anyway.

I actually got to see USC at ASU (football) last week (wanted ASU to win so we would have a better chance of catching them) on ESPN and also some Maui Invitational (though I couldn't stand watching Puke so I skipped it). Usually ESPN here is LAME and only shows soccer, ping pong, badminton (other lame sports).

They actually don't even show Monday Night Football here.....can you believe that crap????

Looks like I may get a bit of college b-ball this year though....I'll keep my fingers crossed. Man, I still can't believe we lost that game though am very happy with the overall effort......so close....so very close.

Bear Down my fellow APAC Wildcats!!

ESPN2 is going to carry the UA/Tempe Normal football game.

FreeTube carries ESPN2.

This expatriot business is getting easier to handle all the time.

To my International Wildcats... I suggest finding someone stateside to hook up a slingbox. You can watch any live TV on your computer and it's a pretty decent picture. I've been using it for the Cats games now and even have it downloaded to my Treo. It's the best!

UA Stacy, thanks though am not that tech savy yet (funny though since I work for one of the biggest tech companies in the world) but will keep it in mind.

Taylor, really? Thanks for the update. Cool...caught up briefly with Rutledge through some emails a bit back. Sounds like he's doing well.

Forgot to mention, I also got to see the Oregon at UA game on ESPN here....UNBELIEVABLE. So, it took 5 years but in a matter of a week, I got to see OU at UA, USC at ASWho (football) and UA at KU (bball).....what a major coup. I have noticed that ESPN is covering an unamed college football game at 8am Sunday morning (which would make it 6pm Sat. in Tucson) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed........................Though, I don't deserve to be this lucky ;-).

Did you think it was funny that at the end of regulation it was a Thai?

First game in five years? That's wild.

NO! I did not enjoy the "Thai" (and I usually do!).....Seriously, I was racing around my apartment stroking each of my three Cats at every timeout / tv break and saying "Go Kitties, Go Wildcats!" (for good luck....yeah, I know it was lame but when I started doing it, it seemed to be working).......and then the call on Chase (and I think it was a fair call but still can't believe they'd call it that late in the game) and I got a bad feeling.....still can't believe the loss. As my signature states, I'm a KU Legacy (twice) so it's hurt twice as much.

AND.........my big brother is an Aggie! He's a UA fan too but he's obviously going for A&M this time. He can't believe they've built an B-ball program and is feeling confident against my Wildcats. Man, I miss the days of old when I'd feel really confident in our home arena but not anymore. He tells me their big men are strong so I'm concerned. I do feel we'll win it though as I can never not think this. Go 'Cats!

Yeah, once in 5 years really sucks but watching the KU game made me realize that as much as I enjoy watching the 'Cats, these days it would be WAY TOO STRESSFUL.....Don't know how you guys / gals have survived the last few years. I've been spoiled for far too long. Watching over the ESPN Gamecasts is a lot less stressful.

I do have the last game vs. Texas (our last one at home I believe) about 3 years ago that my bro taped for me and I will watch every now and then.....just love seeing Iggy's sick dunks...Man that Dude's a FREAK! :-).

Although I hope this year is the turnaround, I can't wait for Withey and Negedu to fill up the Front next year.

Morgan, man, you got me thinking.....although I will most likely get the Pitt-WVU game, miracles can happen.......

NOTE: I've warned my bro. that if they beat us in our Crib then during his next visit in Feb. that I'm going to get him back by staging him in a Thai version of "The Crying Game"!!!!!!!!

BEAR DOWN AND BEAT THE AGGIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after 1/2 hour of some lame ESPN Surfing coverage (why, I don't know), they cut into the UA game 1/2 hour late and are showing it live here!!! WOW. This is unbelievable....I am dedicating myself the official good luck charm as we are leading 7-0 and ASU just punted again.

GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!
