I was in Rocky Point last weekend and had the great pleasure of seeing Gerrell Robinson partying in Baja with his ASU hat on.

He was drunk as a skunk. But of course I had thrown a few back.

Here is the interaction I had with a buddy at the bar as Robinson stood right next to us.

Buddy: Hey man do you want a Pacifico
Me: That Pacifico may be tempting but I am staying true to Dos XX
Buddy: Yeah but this Pacifico has a lot to offer and it may be easier going down
Me: Thats what Pacifico would have you believe but I am honoring my commitment to Dos XX.
(This is when I went off on a tangent)
Me: See I don't think I am better than this Dos XX. This Dos XX will give me great support and future opportunities. I am not going to fall for the Pacifico's lies. The Pacifico may seem real good at first but it has a bitter after taste and gives me a terrible hangover. Besides that Pacifico could end me up in Jail in a few years. I stay true to my word and I am sticking by this Dos XX. The Dos XX people spent a lot of time and money on me to drink it. I believe in honoring my commitment to Dos XX.

Not likely. If he chose ASU over UofA, you would have had to write it on permanent marker and then staple it to his forehead outlining step by step what a bad decision it was. But I applaud it anyway!

Honestly??? Nope...he probably doesn't give a rat's a$$ what others think of his decision. Nice try though...I wouldn't have been able to do it. I would have looked at him and walked away with a disguted look on my face. Maybe mumble on my walk away from him "Man something stinks over there."

Hillary clinton said she changed her mind about war and people want her to be the damn president. alot of stuff happens in recruiting, dont think coaches dont tell kids that they've offered 3 kids for 1 spot to get a commitment.
