You know, I was worried about having to hear him in regards to football. And then I was like "heck yeah he says it like it is!!!". Then shortly after "WhoTF does this guy think he is!!".

Ive come to ignore him completely, not even gonna read that article. He is too far one way or the other (which may be the point of hiring him to do this?). The only good thing I can find to say is, he doesnt sugar coat everything like some can. He doesnt care about pleasing everyone.

Rush just resigned from his ESPN gig. I never knew why in the world would they have him on that show in the first place?

That was the worst, most uninformed quote I've heard since the infamous Jimmy the Greek comment. What the hell was ESPN thinking to him.

Complete and utter moron.

Wow, your not kidding, http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?id=1628554

I really expected something like this (uproar over something he says), whether I agreed with it or not. I just never though that it would get to the point where he would resign because of it! Well that sure was a fun ride eh?

going down in flames. This really paints a picture of how irrational Rush is... and appropriately so. He's defending the heck out of himself on his site and on his show, so he regrets nothing and stands by his comments.

What were they thinking having a man with such extreme views and the need to propogate them on that panel? Were they looking for controversy? It was just a matter of time.

Well, they got their press. Mission accomplished?
