Regal Beagle 8 - Watching the U of A - Tex AM game ?

Reydituto was mentioning to me after the OSU loss at Zinburger that he was coming down Friday night for the U of A/ASU weekend.

I thought he was going to start a thread about meeting up on Friday night December 5th to drink - talk crap - and I guess by checking the schedule watch the Aggie game ?

So is it on ?

Second of all, I'm all for it. We just have to pick a location & time, and inform the peeps. Totally forgot the A&M game was that day, so all the better around 7-7:30 somewhere in the North/NW/Central part of town.

"Regal Beagle" is the hang out bar from the show 3's company first season.
So when we meet up we call it that.

We have gone to the Fox and Hound a few times actually and that has been OK although Arizona has lost every time we have watched a game there.

Fox and Hound would be tops on my short list. :tup:

I thought mine was solid - Plain & Simple + Avocado, Bacon & Cheddar. The fries OTOH are overrated. Next time, a shake.

As for venue, Fox & Hound or World Sports Grille @ FH Mall would be fine for the NW side. Thinking Schlomo & Vito's, Putney's or Risky Business for N side. Central Tucson could be The Depot, Charlie's, Trident or Sam Hughes

So long as it's not a Famous Sam's or Karaoke Night, I'm happy.

Sorry to tell you guys, but unless you have a place for me to crash late Friday, I'm not going to be able to make it. The fiancee's not coming down and I didn't see the sense in getting a hotel the night before The Game, especially if I can't make it until near midnight because of work. :(

Hate to be negitive but it is kinda lame how people just don't go out and hang when there is such a common interest.

It might be to obvious if I have an Arizona hat on so look for a guy with a Navy Beijing 2008 Olympics hat on. That should narrow the odds of somebody wearing the same thing as me. See you guys on Friday night.
