So there's one thing you'd expect this former UCLA standout to have down pat: calling out plays. But as it turns out, he's still a little unsure on that.

"Make sure I call the plays out," Collison told the Times-Picayune. "Just make sure I do little things like that. At UCLA, I never called any plays out. We just called one play the whole time. As a point guard, it's something that has to be natural. But it's something I'll get accustomed to."

Read the quote, Flip. Your captain of the past two seasons is telling you, unambiguously, that Ben Howland uses one play on offense. One play. Why don't they make Howland the defensive coordinator and bring in Tex Winter to teach 'em the triangle?

That is just a mistake. UCLA has more than one play. Maybe Flipper is right they were all call from the bench.

Hope Ray M read that.......we can tell him he can call 2 plays here.
