ESPN Outside the Lines is reporting that Saints GM Mickey Loomis was able to eavesdrop on the opposing team's communications during games at the Superdome from his luxury box. Report says that this happened from 2002-2004 until Hurricane Katrina damaged the stadium. This should be interesting to see what the NFL does next...

Those teams were competitive, but not successful. If proven, should be similar penalty to the Patriots for their telecommunication issues.
