Sounds like he was breaking up with her---it's natural to assume she has nothing to lose by provoking an incident, at best she gets $$$$, at worst she gets media attention.

And ADAs with political ambitions will file anything that will get their name in the news, the more outrageous the better. They're the sleaziest attention-whoring opportunists in the legal profession, which is saying a lot given the intense competition.

She's probably a legit victim of violence, but fake "victims," scum-sucking lawyers and MSM sensationalism has numbed us to the possibility of real pain. Sad.

Reading comprehension ftw. UA Direct did not say "Never is never. Final." which would have the meaning you state above. His actual wording actually translates to "Never is not final", which means that there are always justified exceptions, which means you two are in vehement agreement.

Woman sent photos to cops March 29th.


The incident involving 28-year-old Darlene Luna, who said she had been dating Hill, 24, for about two years, occurred Feb. 29 and he was charged in March. TMZ first reported the story Monday.

The two, according to court documents, were discussing their future at Hill’s apartment when the dispute began. Here's what he is charged with:

Sec. 22.01. ASSAULT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person:

(B) the offense is committed by intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly impeding the normal breathing or circulation of the blood of the person by applying pressure to the person's throat or neck or by blocking the person's nose or mouth

(1) is committed against a victim:
(A) with whom the actor has or has had a dating relationship
Sec. 71.0021(b).For purposes of this title, "dating relationship" means a relationship between individuals who have or have had a continuing relationship of a romantic or intimate nature. The existence of such a relationship shall be determined based on consideration of:
