And the standing of Duke fans in my mind has just reached a new low. Completely classless. I had no idea TDD was THE source for all recruiting news. TDD=gospel, huh? I seem to remember TDD proclaiming Ndudi Ebi to Duke the night before he announced that he'd play for "AU" - Arizona.

Arrogance personified. Wow.

Duke is far from infallable, especially lately. Kaun to Kansas, Marvin Williams to UNC (actually all those studs to UNC), Kris Humphries bolts for MINNESOTA???? The self-proclaimed 'Super Six' recruiting class from a year ago was a nightmare of overrated hype. People called them better than the Fab Five but last time I checked only one of Dukes' freshmen - Redick - was effective for a whole season. Just plain sad, but it didn't stop the Duke PR machine from getting the program even more exposure. There's no such thing as bad pub right?

Why does everyone seem to think Duke's the best program in the country anyway? How is Duke better than Kentucky over the last 10 years? Kentucky has two rings and has been to four Final Fours in the last 10 years. Duke has one ring and has been to the same amount of F4's. Arizona has been to three F4s' and has one ring.

So how is Duke even better than Arizona?

Arizona is 22-7 (.759) in the NCAA tournament dating back to 1996, a stretch of eight years. Only Kentucky (28-6, .824) has more wins in that same time. Duke (21-7), Michigan State (19-5, two NCAA misses), Kansas (19-8), and UConn (17-5, two NCAA misses) are the next closest.

Arrogance is not a positive quality in human beings.

All AU (Auburn) point guards are overrated. I could not agree more. I thought that Duke fans are smart. Well maybe not this one.

Yes, TDD had Ndudi picking Duke over Texas. There was no chance for Arizona.

However, I agree with Angry Duke Fan! Shaun Livingston is not going to Auburn and the Tiger's point guards are vastly overrated.

Good try guys.Ebi was pissed at Duke because he was not our top prority like he was yours.Deng was our top choice, then Hump. Duke NEVER offered M Williams, we did go hard after Kahn, but he did not like the up and down game the ACC has.
But you guys are right Ari is better than Duke and Lute is a better coach in the Ncaa's, except when we are talking about most rings and in that K has 3 to lutes 1. Or if we are talking about east tenn st. LOL

1. Ebi felt scorned by Duke and that is why he signed with UA..... Uh-huh, keep telling yourself that (and If you believe that K wanted Humphries more than Ndudi, then you are saying that K is an idiot) So, anyway, why did Humphries bail on Duke?

2. Duke wanted in on the Marvin Williams sweepstakes, and didn't make the cut.... so what - everybody loses out on recruits.

3. Kaun didn't like the up and down game the ACC has... Have you watched any Big 12 basketball lately? As in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas? I didn't think so.

UA wanted Marvin Williams and got beat. UA wanted Jordan Farmer and got out-hustled. UA wants Shaun Livingston - Duke may get him.
