Carolina (6-10)* No chance (Newton)

Seattle (7-9)
Kansas City (7-9)

Philadelphia (8-8)* Doubtful, but who knows
New York Jets (8-8)
New England - from Oakland (8-8)* Doubtful (Mallett)

Chicago (8-8)
Philadelphia - from Arizona (8-8)* See above
Tennessee (9-7)* Don't see it (Locker)
Red I definitely see as an option, Blue could be if still available/best available.

Cleveland and Miami are the two that could spoil the Jets chance. No way the Jets use a 1st on him, but maybe they trade back.

That's cause all of you aint ever been east of the Mississippi. ;-)

GO BLUE would be Michigan.

Back in the tri state area Big Blue is the Giants. Here's an example:

The more I think about it, the more I think the Saints make a lot of sense... And would be FANTASTIC for Nick. Plus there'd be the "Both Drew and Nick graduated from the same HS" angle; it would make for a good NFL Today profile.

Brees isn't close to being done, but he is 33 and in his 11th season. I have to believe he has 4-5 seasons tops. From NFL.com, the Saints only carry 2 QB's, and Chase Daniel is not the heir apparent.

I am not sure they'd use their first round pick on him, so they may have to trade up in the 2nd - but I think it would be a great situation for him AND I think he would be the perfect understudy / successor to Brees for a bunch of reasons.

Landry Jones is staying at OU. Mildly surprised, but maybe we're entering a culture shift thanks to guys like Bradford and Luck. I have to say it's nice to see. Also have to believe this puts Nick into the conversation as a solid 2nd rounder.

How much of this trend is due to the new structure of the NFL rookie contracts?

I don't think anyone should be surprised by this. He isn't that great of a prospect right now. Plus he has his fat girlfriend at OU to keep him company.

He'll be drafted by the Jets, Sanchez's play less than stellar.

2nd round to the Broncos. Elway has kept a keen eye on Foles this year and with all of the QB's opting to stay in school (Barkley, Jones), Foles' stock continues to rise.

I like this one too. I don't think for a minute that Elway is okay with the Tebow nonsense.

My only problem with this scenario is that Nick Foles instantly becomes the most hated man on the planet for all of the low football IQ Tebow fans.

Yeah, a buddy of mine made this point to me last night as follows: "Foles would be great for Elway, but I don't wish the Tebow BS on Foles." Upon reconsideration I agree. Hate to see him part of some QB controversy especially in the Tebow scenario.

Hopefully Tebow getting demolished by the Pats yesterday will end some of the hype about him... I just want Foles to succeed in the NFL wherever he goes, and if he goes to the Broncos then he plays against the stupid Raiders and being a 49ers fan I would probably never have to root against him!

His best bet is to be drafted by a team that allows him to sit for a season or two.
