I voted Kris since he is likely to be blown out in this poll.

I do expect him to start again before the season is over.

If we win some games with Kovalchek, especially next week's game, Heavner might not start again in his CAREER.

Kovalcheck should start.
....then if that doesn't work we should put in O'Hara, and then if he falters we should put in Costa.....oh wait they are no longer on the team. Kris and Richard are our only scholorship QB's. OK then hand the ball over to Ortege Jenkins.

Heavner should start. But I don't see any reason why they can't alternate each series so Richard can prove from the opening quarter on that he's the #1.

Heavner seems to be the better QB in practice, but practice doesn't matter. Let Richard show what he can do in the actual game.

I'd still like to see Heavner still starting, but I wouldn't mind seeing a quick hook if he can't pass next week.

Seems like Kovalcheck handles pressure well. (from what I've read) It also seems like given half a chance he's got the arm to find the right receivers. If he can move the team to score twice in the short minutes that he played, it shows something very positive. Maybe the coach will give him a shot. However, you have to wonder if starting against Cal is the best test for Kovalcheck... will it be a fair to evaluate his performance after playing against the no. 8 team in the nation? Maybe...
