Will The Dismissal of Mac help or hurt?

While I have never been a fan of Mac, I am not so sure that firing him will solve our problems. However, there is probably nothing more important that having a team that likes their coach and respects him. I hope whatever ends up happening is good for the Cats in both the short and long run.

Seems to me that the head coach is an agent for change and that makes the hiring decision paramount in this case.
