Great find.

I feel for Geary, I really do, but hiring Archie is best for the program. This will also make the transition for Sean 100x easier with his brother here.

Those Indianapolis and Ohio guys have plenty of places they can go, I wouldn't cheapen his monster class.
I'm just sort of skeptical at the role Archie played in all of this. OSU in general was lucky that starting with Lebron, the region became a hotbed of high school talent (and it helped that Thad knew the recruiting grounds well by coaching at Butler in Indianapolis and subsequently in Cincinnati).

Is that his fault? I'm sorry that Xavier gets the leftovers.

California and Texas are hot spots as well. Nice try though.

If you think Ohio and Indianapolis are hotbeds, wait until Archie is poaching Seattle and LA like it is going out of style.

Didn't realize you were an X fan, bitter much?

Its simply flat out wrong to give Archie much credit for OSU's recruiting in the past 4 years (Groce, now at Ohio U, played a much bigger role).

I tried to say it nicely before.

Fine. Recruiting Harden is good enough for me.

Depends on what you consider a dynasty, but I think with this staff in place that Miller could match Lute's accomplishments over a similar time period.

California is next door and Texas is two states over. Nothing you say worries me.

Archie should be a great hire. I know we all love Reggie but I do think that Sean knows what he is doing when hiring a staff.

Yep, I agree. I hope JL finds a spot for Reggie in the AD, but apparently the better coach won.

Coach Millers

Coach Miller clearly stated he wants his own people to teach his way and not have to teach the coaches his way. I love Geary. Hope he hooks someplace. And I heard Ros would go to Memphis? Or is that just a rumour?

I am sure Reggie isnt happy about it in any case. I like Archie Miller, no argument from me, I feel bad for Reggie though but business is business.

There was a rumor that Roz was hired, I think someone started that on here last week. As of this writing he has not been hired by Pastner and if he is it wont be as a coach and Roz has stated as recently as last week during a tennis match we played, that he has no plans to take any non coaching jobs anywhere, he wants to be a floor coach or nothing.

Olson Court, I think it's time to turn you avatar 180, the program is not in distress anymore.

Have to agree it's a new era, McKale is going to change rather your on board with it or not. To keep RG around as the last bastion of Lute's tenure at Arizona is ridiculous.
