I'm in no way joking that if we win this game I'm seriously happier throughout the entire year. When we lose I'm depressed more throughout the whole year. We must beat these sacks of sh!t! GO CATS!!!

Thats about par for the course. In 1985 when I was at the kush landfill with my pop we were just walking into that dump and some ahole tailgater threw a hotdog at me and got mustard and catsup on my shirt. I was 11. My favorite ASU memory...I'm sitting in the student section of Sun Devil Stadium in 1987 during the ASU/UA game. I've taken crap all game and had stuff thrown at me but whatever. Game looks sewn up for ASU, 24-21. All they have to do is punt. All the celebrations are going on around me and people are talking serious ****. Then Mike Schuh the ASU punter fumbles the snap, tries to kick the ball on the ground (a 15 yard penalty). I stand up and turn to the crowd and give it back to them. Crap rains on me. And I say MORE, MORE, MORE! We go on to tie the game and I love every minute of it. Screw ASU!

LOVE IT! Tomey said in the locker room that he would not let the Seniors , who had faught like hell all year , leave the ASS-U game and season below .500. For the year we went 4-4-3..... Not the best record , but we faught like hell in every game with a SMU transfer QB , new staff , and freshamn QB!
Lost to SC on 4 field goals in 87 , 4 times they were inside the 5 yrd line 1st and goal , 4 stops by our D....

I hate everything ASU with the same passion that I love everything U of A.

Even 1200 miles away in Northern California I hate every tap out wearing, white sunglass rocking, backwards hat wearing douchebag bro that every stepped foot in to a class at that "school".

I routinely say I went to Arizona and people ask me ASU or U of A and I simply state "really?" it usually does the job.

Whenever I see a car with sparky, ASU bumper sticker, or alumni plates I honk and give them the finger.

But the really telling thing about ASU to me is that they have adopted the shocker as their sign to throw up at games.

Yeah, the guy had had at least three beers and looked like Sonny freaking Bono the morning Cher left him.

Of course, his corner-of-the-cowboy-bar g/f just encouraged him. He apparently didn't like how loudly my dad was cheering, "U OF A! U OF A!"

And to contrast how much stadium security has changed, the whole section saw him push my dad down and separated him, but he never got ejected.

He sure left fast after Max nailed that FG, though.

All of the bad experiences I've ever had in my life at football games have been only with ASSU fans. Over 27 years, that should tell you something.

Only Scummie fans would throw hot dogs at 11-year-old kids. What garbage. They make me laugh whenever they or their coaches ever use the word "classless," considering how they win with no class at all.

How the hell can you call anyone else "classless" when you don't even know what 'class' is?

Just got word that Pops wants to come to the ASU UofA game with my and my best friend from college.

I told him the plan. Pregame liquid breakfast at the house. Have mom drop us off at the nearest light rail station. Wear UofA gear and talk smack all the way to the game on the train. We'll be coming from the Apache stop, so I KNOW they'll be tons of Mesa douchebaggery on the train.

btw: my Dad was a fireman for the City of Tempe for 35 years. At station 1. Across the street from the ASU ***lony's. He doesn't claim allegence, but does fondly remember the Kush era. He doesn't know what he's getting himself into!
